Healthy food - a scarecrow for all gourmets and connoisseurs? That is no longer the case. Even in the diet you can enjoy great. And even seemingly unhealthy foods are not a disaster from time to time, as is often said. The era of drastic keto diets and box renunciation has long rang, and healthy food today can be rich and tasty.
How to eat healthy
Today's nutritionists and experts agree that the best diet is a balanced diet with plenty of protein, carbohydrates and vegetable fats. We must not forget about fiber and we should not sin too often. However, who does not resist the temptation from time to time? But nutritious meals should be the majority, about 80% of the diet. We will feel better after such meals and our body will also thank us. What exactly is such a healthy dish? It's actually every meal that's not too fatty and gives us enough nutrients for the amount of calories. In other words, bulky foods are unsuitable, which give our body almost nothing nutritionally.
For example, everyone should take about 30 g of fiber a day. However, the average Czech is half as worse and unnecessarily increases the risk of colon cancer. At the same time, it would be enough to include more fruits and vegetables in our diets. And believe me, it really wouldn't be a drastic hit. Can healthy food taste good?
You don't even have to give up Czech cuisine in the end. Alternatives to traditional dishes, for example, are popular. Such a steak can be boldly wrapped in yogurt and rye pastries with sesame and baked in the oven. It has fewer calories, more protein and fiber, but you will enjoy it great.
In the alternative form of sirloin, definitely do not thicken with flour and use sour cream instead of whipped cream.

The average daily calorie intake of a woman is about 2150 kcal and one classic fried steak without a side dish is up to 340 kcal. So such a larger lunch with a side dish can take you more than a third of your daily intake, but without a sufficient dose of nutrients. If you add breakfast, snacks, dinner, or something to taste, you are slowly getting over the limit. However, the healthier version of the steak has only 190 kcal of calories and will give you more space for snacks. So eating healthier certainly doesn't mean eating less. But you don't even have to give up desserts. Pumpkin cake with nuts and apple, or zucchini cakes with nuts are a less caloric but very tasty variant of sweet sweetening. Don't avoid pastries either, but prefer wholegrain, dark or rye. If you suffer from chocolate, choose sugar-free here with the highest possible percentage of cocoa.
